About Us

Red Carpet Banner MockupThe ASF mission is to locally and globally enhance best practices in eye care delivery through research and publications about the same, thereby reducing healthcare associated infections (HAI)  like Epidemic Keratoconjunctivitis (EKC).
We propose multiple channels including an ASF seal certification program for eye care offices and practitioners who attest to compliance with best practices such as non-contact or disposable tonometer tips, single use eye drop containers, gloves, and optimum disinfection with proper antiviral solutions or wipes.
The donated funds in ASF would also be used to provide care and medication vouchers  for people with financial need suffering from eye infections.
